Welcome to Janet ("Janet", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Janet's products and services (the "Service").

By accessing or using Janet, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Janet Does

Janet is a decision and qualification system for travel businesses. It collects traveller intent via web-based dynamic questions and/or voice calls, structures that information, and delivers decision-ready briefs to travel agents.

Janet does not sell travel, issue tickets, or act as a travel agent.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business to use Janet.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Janet only for legitimate travel enquiry handling
• Obtain consent from travellers before collecting their information
• Comply with all applicable data protection and telecommunication laws
• Not misuse the Service for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices

You are responsible for how Janet is configured and used within your organization.

4. Data Accuracy

Janet structures information provided by travellers. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of traveller inputs.

Travel decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Voice & Call Usage

If you enable voice calling:

• You confirm you have legal rights to contact the traveller
• Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and audit purposes
• Janet follows your configured calling windows and rules

You are responsible for compliance with local calling, consent, and recording laws.

6. Availability & Reliability

Janet is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Intellectual Property

All Janet software, workflows, prompts, scoring logic, and interfaces are owned by Janet.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• The Service is misused
• Required by law

You may stop using Janet at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Janet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed bookings.

Our total liability is limited to fees paid to Janet in the previous 3 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
